Family & Friends launches new HUB for FMCG brands

F&F HUB is a new concept from Family & Friends, bringing together human-centred insight, brand strategy and creativity in one agile offer.

Built for brand owners, brand guardians and in-house teams, F&F HUB aims to deliver a fresh approach to FMCG branding and innovation for today’s world.

F&F HUB is driven by the belief that brands need to be re-humanised — uncovering the real human character within brands to drive genuine consumer action and reaction.

In an age of machine learning, algorithmically driven media and design created by artificial intelligence, F&F HUB is setting out a new manifesto, essentially a “warm-blooded” approach to building brands for people, created by people.

DJ Johnston and Alex Durbridge remain at the helm of the business, with new long-term collaborators on board and more industry experts joining in the coming months, with a vision to provide a genuinely full-service approach to FMCG.
