St-Germain – the world’s first French elderflower liqueur – will collaborate with Gordon Ramsay’s Heddon Street Kitchen, to provide guests an opportunity to once again experience its unique St-Germain Winter Bloom Experience in London this festive season.

The highly anticipated event will see the brand transform Heddon Street Kitchen with a stunning floral installation from 2nd December to 31stJanuary. The area will be expertly designed by Emily Baylis of June in March, one of London’s leading florists, providing a stunning winter setting in the heart of London’s West End within which to enjoy a St-Germain cocktail.

St-Germain and Heddon Street Kitchen will collaborate to pair seasonal dishes with beautiful St-Germain cocktails for guests to enjoy for the duration of the installation. Serves will include the mulled Cidre Chaud, Le Grand Fizz and Glory of Expedition.

The experience will also feature a series of craft workshops – a sell-out success last year – led by Emily Baylis, where guests will learn how to make stand out Christmas bouquets, wreaths and flower crowns to wow guests this holiday season.

Florent DemarsUK Brand Manager for St-Germain, says: “We are delighted to be collaborating with Heddon Street Kitchen for the highly-anticipated return of our Winter Bloom Experience. Christmas is a key period for us to interact with consumers, and this activation will ensure the brand stands out this season, whilst at the same time providing customers with a beautiful and intimate setting to enjoy St-Germain cocktails.”

Launched in 2007, ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur is the world’s first French liqueur made from fresh, delicate elderflower blossoms, handpicked at the height of their beauty during the fleetingly ephemeral growing season, once a year.
