MOMA, one of the UK’s best-loved British brands, has secured a new national listing for their recently launched oat drinks. From 5th August, Waitrose will stock the two strong range; Oat Original and Oat Barista Edition, across 300 stores .
The new product range, which is the oat based brand’s first foray into milk alternatives, first launched to market in March.
Made using only the best quality wholegrain oats, not only do they boast both a superior smooth texture and flavour, but have naturally higher fibre content. They are also a good source of beta-glucan which has been shown to help reduce cholesterol for a healthy heart. What’s more, the drinks are fortified with calcium and vitamins D, B2 and B12.
Tom Mercer, Founder, says: “We’re really pleased to have secured the support of Waitrose for our oat milks as we continue to drive distribution for the range. They have been a long standing retail partner for our porridge and bircher products so we’re delighted to be able to extend and diversify our product offering with them”.
With UK wide distribution for their porridge, bircher & granola products, MOMA plans to take the growing trend** for oat milk to an even wider audience.
