To celebrate the 30th anniversary of legendary musician Bob Marley’s Legend compilation album, Ben & Jerry’s has teamed up with 1Love, a foundation set up by Marley’s family, to launch a Bob Marley-inspired ice cream.
The ice cream flavor is named ‘Satisfy My Bowl’, after Marley’s classic ‘Satisfy My Soul’. It comes with banana-flavored ice cream, mixed with caramel and cookie swirls, as well as chocolate peace signs.
‘Satisfy My Bowl’ will be released on 15 September 2014 in the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.
All proceeds from the sale will go to funding the foundation to empower young people in Jamaica.
