The fastest growing meat-free brand* and certified B-Corp BOL continues to innovate their portfolio with the launch of four brand new products this autumn.

First to land in Sainsbury’s from 13th September followed by a launch in Ocado will be BOL Foods’ Gut Loving Power Soup – Smoky Tomato & White Bean. Combining unrivalled health benefits as well as incredible depth of flavour, the recipe is the first ever product within the chilled soup category to be able to place Gut-Loving credentials on front of pack. Bursting with fibre-rich white beans and kale, in a beautiful base of rich, sweet tomato, sharp balsamic and smoky paprika, each pot offers up 21 grams of fibre, 18 grams of protein and 2 of your 5-a-day.

BOL Foods’ category-leading Power Soup will be closely followed by three further product launches later in September.

Joining the portfolio of their popular high-protein One Pot Meal range will be Middle Eastern Harissa Stew and Thai Massaman Curry. Launching in store from 18th September with a £2.95 RRP each, the two new SKUs will provide a nutritious meal packed with taste that is convenient and accessible for the realities of modern living.

The new Middle Eastern Harissa Stew One Pot Meal has been developed using Belazu’s award-winning smoky Harissa paste – a new brand partnership for the plant-based pioneers this year. The result is a rich and tangy tomato recipe with a kick of chilli, and sweetness from a drizzle of balsamic. The new Thai Massaman curry combines quintessentially Thai flavours of kaffir lime, lemongrass and coconut fused with Indian spiced back notes of cardamom and nutmeg, resulting in a creamy aromatic curry packed with wholefood goodness.

A powerhouse for high protein content, both One Pot Meal recipes combine 100% wholefoods; cannellini beans, chickpeas and red lentils, to help keep shoppers fuller for longer, containing 21g of protein and 2 of your five-a-day. BOL continues to create exciting benefit-led recipes packed with plant-powered nutrition inspired by worldwide cuisines – a key point of difference for their portfolio which positions them ahead of the curve as demand for nutritious, tasty and convenient meals continues to grow amongst shoppers.

Finally, BOL will also be adding another new flavour, Salted Caramel, to its range of Power Shakes: 100% nutritionally complete ready-to-drink meal replacements. Launching in Tesco on 18th September (RRP of £3.85), the Salted Caramel Power Shake blends buttery pecans, biscuitty oats and sticky dates to create a deliciously sweet and salty flavour. Designed to make nutrition tasty and easy for busy shoppers looking for breakfast fuel on the go, it’s also packed with 20g protein, 26 essential vitamins and no added sugar or sweeteners.

BOL Foods Founder Paul Brown says: “We plan to deliver triple digit % growth this year, and we believe these new additions to our award-winning portfolio will be crucial to this. Continuing to innovate our range and attract new shoppers to the category is key. Rich in plant variety and packed with protein, our new recipes allow shoppers to eat to feel unstoppable. This has always been central to our strategy, but with the positive power of plants being better understood, we’ll be dialling this up to even greater heights.”
