Claudia Schlossberger (57) has been appointed Senior Vice President Global Human Resources, Carlsberg Group. She has overall global responsibility for Carlsberg’s 41,000 employees.
Since 2003, Claudia had been Chief Human Resources Officer, Metro Group, as well as Metro Cash & Carry. Prior to that, Claudia held various senior HR leadership positions across the Metro Group since 1997. During her time at Metro, Claudia introduced a highly professional global HR organisation across the Group to support the Metro Group’s global expansion.
Claudia’s has a strong commercial background, as well as a proven international track record within HR from Daimler Benz, where she also held positions within Marketing, and Sales, and worked in Russia and India.
After studying philology and economics at the Universities of Cologne, St. Petersburg and Munich, she graduated as Dr. Phil from the University of Munich.

She has a strong combination of sound business acumen and commercial experience – and has an excellent track record in delivering results within complex HR organisations. Together with our Carlsberg Group HR employees, I am confident that she will be the right person to take HR to the next level, and support our business in achieving the goals of the Carlsberg Group.”

Claudia Schlossberger replaces Roger Muys who recently left to seek new challenges outside Carlsberg.
