Fast, high quality food-on-the-move pioneer, Prime Burger is taking over the world, one burger at a time.
The fashionable, boutique chain recently launched its latest restaurant in a highly-prized site at Euston Station’s ambitious new food court, as part of Network Rail’s mission to increase artisan eateries across its stations.
This joins an impressive stable, which includes Prime Burger’s hit restaurant in St Pancras International, shortly to be joined by another at Excel London. All of the restaurants have been designed by leading interiors guru Shaun Clarkson, with styles which tell chic, visual stories about their locations.
The trailblazers behind Prime Burger, Robert Tame and Sam Steele, became pioneers of the premium, street food movement, operating at prestigious events like the 2012 Olympics, RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Lords, the American Ambassador’s July 4th party and festivals including Glastonbury, Hyde Park Calling, Latitude, Isle of Wight and Bestival.
They are passionate about the provenance and authenticity of their sumptuous menu, which includes London’s Truffle Burger; the gargantuan Bad Boy – a teetering tower of beef patties, double cheddar and all the trimmings – the Guv’n’or and their extra spicy chilli sensation, Crazy Larry, as well as moreish frozen custard, shakes and sides.
Their beef patties are formed from prime cuts of forequarter and rib of beef, farmed in Oxfordshire and Middle England from a range of grass-fed breeds, including Charolais, Limousin, Hereford and Angus. All of their beef is covered by The Quality Standard English Beef mark accredited by EBLEX.
They also support fellow independents: their veg comes fresh from a Covent Garden Market; sauces are made by a lovely lady called Ramona in Camden and their bread is baked daily by London’s artisan bakers Maison Du Pain.
Prime Burger’s Big Cheeses scoured the globe on culinary adventures, meeting fellow chefs, producers and foodies, to discover irresistible, premium ingredients at the keenest prices – like their much-loved Camembert and Cranberry Christmas Burger and the truffle aioli and truffle cheese-laden Truffle Burger, inspired by a recent research trip to LA’s burger hotspots.
They are so confident in their peerlessly fast and high-quality burgers, that they have also launched an 8 Minute Guarantee – if you don’t receive your burger within this time, you can get your money back.
