For the first time, Burger King Spain has transformed one of its establishments into a House of Horrors, a terrifying experience that lets the bravest pay for their burger with fear. The House of Horrors at Gran Vía 69 in Madrid is open from 26th October to 31st of October.
The restaurant was decorated on the exterior and interior, transforming the restaurant into an authentic House of Horrors. The ground floor became a real horror, a dark labyrinth full of terrifying scenes, where the worst nightmares of Burger King meet with 10 spooky characters.
Participants who survived this experience got a Nightmare King for free. The burger, which maintains the classic grilled flavour, stands out visually for its green bread and offers a new combination of proteins that, according to a clinical study developed for the company, increases the chances of having nightmares by 3.5 times.
As well as creating The House of Horrors, Burger King is creating a limited-edition ketchup packet collection for Halloween in 2018. Now you can enjoy dipping your favourite food from Burger King into a horror movie crime scene while marvelling at original artwork by an award winning comic book artist.
The commissioned collection shows original horror characters illustrated by the legendary Francesco Francavilla, a renowned artist that has worked for Marvel (Black Panther, Captain America, Hawkeye, X-Men) DC Comics (The Black Mirror, Swamp Thing) and Dark Horse comics.
The packets are available starting October 31st at the most iconic restaurants in Spain until they run out. Both campaigns have been conceptualised by creative agency, LOLA MullenLowe.
