Acclaimed Chef will Create Seasonal Menus for Airline’s Suites, First Class, and Business Class Customers, Launching in the Fourth Quarter of 2024
Singapore Airlines today announces its partnership with acclaimed chef and TV personality Monica Galetti, to design a culinary experience for the Airline’s Suites, First Class, and Business Class customers departing from the UK.
As guest chef, Monica will curate seasonal menus in collaboration with the Airline, showcasing the finest British ingredients with an emphasis on provenance and local suppliers. With a nod to her South Pacific roots, the collection will feature a number of signature dishes from her London restaurant Mere.
Monica Galetti said: “Food and travel are my two great passions, which have taken me around the world. However, collaborating with the world’s best airline is my most exciting journey yet! I am delighted to partner with Singapore Airlines to design a culinary experience that reflects the finesse, excellence, and refined luxury it is known for. I will be drawing upon inspiration from my travels to curate a vibrant menu that celebrates fresh seasonal local produce.”
Available on Singapore Airlines flights departing from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and Manchester Airport, the collection will feature exclusive dishes, including soups, starters, main courses, and desserts, seamlessly complementing the Airline’s award-winning wine collection.

Singapore Airlines has a long-standing commitment to dining excellence, and currently works with five world-renowned chefs under its International Culinary Panel in the design of its Suites, First Class and Business Class menus. Two of the chefs are Michelin star recipients, collectively holding 10 Michelin stars. Singapore Airlines also has an international panel of wine consultants, including Oz Clarke, who curates the selection of wines available on board.
Along with Monica’s menu, Singapore Airlines Suites, First Class, and Business Class customers can select a European or Asian menu for their onboard dining experience. For a wider selection of meals, they may also opt for the Airline’s Book the Cook service via Manage Booking. The selection of Book the Cook meals includes dishes created by the Singapore Airlines International Culinary Panel, including globally recognised chefs Matthew Moran and Georges Blanc.
