Baileys Coffee Creamers, the line of premium non-alcoholic flavored coffee creamers, announced the results of a new national consumer survey showing Americans continue to crave pumpkin spice. Of the nearly 4 in 5 U.S. adults who have tried pumpkin spice, over three-quarters (77%) of them like it, especially young female adults (84%).
The survey results support the long-held public opinion that Americans eagerly anticipate each year’s pumpkin spice phenomenon in the fall. To meet consumer demand, Baileys Coffee Creamers is bringing back its Pumpkin Spice flavor in both pint and quart sizes on September 22 at retailers nationwide in the U.S. The flavor joins two other seasonal favorites, also back by popular demand: Red Velvet Cupcake and White Chocolate Peppermint Bark.
Conducted online by Harris Poll (on behalf of Baileys) in July 2014 among more than 2,000 adults, the Baileys Coffee Creamers Pumpkin Spice survey reveals many Americans are passionate about the seasonal flavor:
- Roughly 3 in 10 (32%) U.S. adults enjoy pumpkin spice up until the beginning of the Christmas season — and one in five (20%) enjoy it regardless of the time of year!
- Pumpkin-spiced themed “everything” ranked among football and foliage as one of the elements that excites people most about fall.
“From starting your day confidently with Baileys Coffee Creamers Pumpkin Spice in your coffee or adding it to your favorite cookie recipe for a late-night treat, this seasonal flavor is core to celebrating the fall season, so enjoy it while it’s here!” said Lynne Bohan, spokesperson for HP Hood, licensee of Baileys Coffee Creamers.
