At the Haneda Airport in Tokyo, Japan, stands a vending machine that offers its patron art with their coffee.
Debuted a few years ago, the ‘Yojiya Café Selection’ vending machine is said to be the first coffee vending machine in the country that offers latte art.
Each cup of Joe from this machine is priced at ¥200 (approximately US$2), which comes in a paper cup and the brand’s logo printed with sprinkles on the foam.
Although its latte art is not as sophisticated as other man-made latte arts we’ve seen—this is definitely a simple and small step forward to making vending machine coffee more fun and nice to look at.
