To mark the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s first child, McMullen Brewery has released a special beer.
Entitled ‘Heir Raiser’, the ale is described as a “light colored, crisp refreshing pint with a light, hoppy finish,” Fergus McMullen, production and sales director, told The Drinks Business.
The special ale was also given a logo (seen above), of a stork flying in the royal child.
Unfortunately for Prince George Alexander Louis, there are still many years to go before he can legally taste the drink that was named after him, as it contains 4% alcohol by volume.
Part of the Hertford, England-based brewery’s seasonal brews, ‘Heir Raiser’ is available at the pub ‘Duchess of Cambridge’ in Windsor.
