Essentra will showcase its double-fold and block bottom paper sacks which can be tailored for a wide range of products from milk powder to bulk dry goods. These flexible products provide a cost-effective and high-performance speciality packaging solution, holding between 10 and 25kgs of contents inside a 1-4 multi layered sack.
Double fold and premium block-bottom sacks are fully customisable to accommodate customers’ unique product branding and can be printed in up to 6 colours. Both are available in multiple material options to suit all customer specifications – including paper sourced from renewable and sustainable forests.
Block-bottom sacks also offer a multiwall option up to 4-ply with additional barrier film liner which ensures longer shelf-life for the enclosed contents. This features a stand-up design that aids storage and display to increase customers’ shelf presence.
Essentra is also able to supply paper sacks with Rippatape applied to the bottom of the sack to improve ease of opening. This range of tapes is renowned for its quality and functionality, suitable for flexible packaging, carton board and fibreboard and can carry complex designs with variable data printing options.
In addition, Essentra has extensive experience in authentication and can offer a wide range of effective security solutions to protect customers’ products and brand.
