To help prevent these unwanted ‘thefts’ from occuring, McDonald’s Canada has developed a “security system” to protect your fries.

Called the ‘Fry Defender’, it is part of McDonald’s Canada’s new app. It uses “cutting edge motion detector technology” to alert you when someone is trying to pinch your fries.
