Powerful Yogurt announced its plans to unveil two new product lines – Powerful Yogurt Protein Bars and Powerful Yogurt PLUS+ – at Natural Products Expo West, March 7-9 in Anaheim. Both product lines will be available for order at Expo West booth 8017.
The Powerful Yogurt Protein Bar is the first protein bar with yogurt coating and probiotics. Developed by an award winning bar maker, Powerful Yogurt Protein Bars feature 20 grams of protein and low sugar (4 grams) and calorie profiles.
They will be immediately available in yogurt creme, peanut butter and chocolate coconut flavors. Powerful Yogurt Protein Bars feature GanedenBC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086), which delivers 1 billion CFU Bacillus coagulans to boost immune function and digestive health as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The bars are gluten free, Kosher and contain non-GMO ingredients.
The Powerful Yogurt PLUS+ line of Greek yogurts adds hearty whole grains to the company’s signature high protein Greek yogurt. Powerful Yogurt PLUS+ has 21 grams of natural protein per 8 oz. serving and will be available immediately in flavors including Coconut + Quinoa, Tropical Fruit + Oats, and Lemon + Chia. The product line is low fat, gluten free, Kosher and contains non-GMO ingredients.

Powerful Yogurt products are now available at nearly 2,000 grocery stores across the country. They are available through distributors including KeHe, UNFI, Cedar’s Foods, Gourmet Guru and C&S.
The company’s debut product line, Powerful Yogurt, was named “Best Yogurt” at the 2013 Dairy Innovation Awards across an international field of competitors.
In January 2014 Powerful Yogurt joined Under Armour, Gatorade and Prince Sports as an official sponsor of IMG Performance, a division of the global sports, fashion and media company IMG.
