Skippy’s Food-Centric Ads by BBDO Minneapolis Debut the Smoothest Way to Eat PB&J

Skippy’s new PB & Jelly Minis are made with three key ingredients: smooth peanut butter, jelly, and bakery bread.

To promote this trifecta, BBDO Minneapolis have created a new spot that utilises three vertical screens to give each ingredient its own stage. Such a method gives the video life beyond the initial broadcast, as the images can be spliced up in countless ways for social stories on mobile. 

“Skippy PB & Jelly Minis are a modern take on a classic, so we optimised the creative for both modern vertical screens and classic horizontal screens,” says David Mackereth, creative director at BBDO Minneapolis.

The new spots, which launched recently, will run as online video and on social media.
