THE WREXHAM LAGER BEER CO HITS ICELAND SHELVES

The Wrexham Lager Beer Co, the oldest lager brewery in Great Britain, has announced that it has secured a brand-new listing for its lager in all 65 Iceland stores across North and South Wales.

The award-winning British supermarket chain now stocks the Wrexham Lager 440ml Cans (4% ABV), which feature stronger and bright colourways to be more impactful and have greater stand out on shelves.

The family run Wrexham Lager Beer Co prides itself on its high-quality lagers which are made with the finest Welsh water and carefully selected ingredients. As well as being light, refreshing and easy to drink, the subtly hopped Wrexham Lager provides a nice malt flavour and has a clean aroma.

The new listing shortly follows the announcement of the brand’s successful expansion into Scandinavian markets across its lager and export range, as well as recent listings in leading supermarkets Asda and Sainsburys.

Speaking of the new listing, James Wright, CEO of the Wrexham Lager Beer Co said: “We’re delighted to hit the shelves of yet another leading supermarket in Wales. We’re taking the Wrexham Lager Beer Co’s portfolio from strength to strength with new UK listings as well as expansion into international markets.

“The demand for Wrexham Lager is becoming increasingly evident and we’re looking forward to growing our off-trade channel with retail partners over the coming months.”
