Dr. Will’s is set to launch two major food collaborations to celebrate the brand’s first bricks-and-mortar store listing for its Classic Mayo, with the product launching into Sainsbury’s stores nationwide from 3rd May.
Celebrating the true versatility of Classic Mayo, Dr. Will’s and Frankie’s Brownies have collaborated on a chocolate brownie made with mayonnaise. The brownie, which presents “Mayo, but make it dessert”, proves mayonnaise’s multiple uses in the kitchen, and will be available to shop for letterbox delivery across the UK at frankiesbrownies.com, throughout May.
Additionally, to mark sandwich season Dr. Will’s has partnered with London sandwich destination Santo Cielo to create the Il Dotori – built around the brand’s Classic Mayo, blended with in-season wild garlic, alongside roasted red peppers, provolone cheese, smoky salami, rocket and lemon zest, on their signature schiacciata bread. The sandwich will be freshly baked on-site and available throughout May.
As with all products in the Dr. Will’s range, Classic Mayo is hand-made in batches using only natural ingredients. Classic Mayo comprises just seven ingredients, all of which are easily found in the kitchen, and is a naturally versatile condiment that can be used in sandwiches, pasta dishes and even cakes.

Classic Mayo will be available in individual 170g jars in Sainsbury’s stores, priced at £3. The range expansion and collaborations are the latest steps in the brand’s mission to encourage shoppers to “Get Real” about what’s in their sauces, by championing its range of condiments made with only simple, natural ingredients, with no artificial additives or unnecessary processing.
