To promote Coca-Cola’s eco-friendly bottles that are partially made from plants, agency Ogilvy New York created a series of minimalistic ads.
Making brilliant use of negative space, the ads are beautifully rendered in the company’s signature red and white.
One ad shows a flower, but on a closer look, it also shows two faces kissing. “Plants make us happy. They make us want to smooch, neck and kiss. They also make our bottles,” reads the caption on the ad.
A second ad tricks your eyes with an optical illusion—staring at it from a distance shows leaves moving within ad, but from up-close, the leaves are actually still.
