Based in California, chocolate company KIVA Confections has created a line of chocolate products infused with medicinal cannabis—“that is potent, consistent, and enjoyable to consume” for the cannabis edible market.
Founders Scott Palmer and Kristi Knoblich created the Kiva Bars—rich chocolate bars that are laced with 15-milligrams of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentrate per serving—which comes in a variety of flavours such as dark chocolate, mint Irish cream, and tangerine.
Apart from the Kiva Bars, there are also the Kiva Minis, which are served as bite-sized chocolate squares—and the Terra Bites, that is made of roasted coffee beans coated in dark chocolate, infused with 5-milligrams of THC per candy.
