Belvoir Fruit Farms Helps Lighten up January

Elderflower LIGHT green lid ret (2)Premium soft drinks producer Belvoir Fruit Farms is extending the brand with a lighter version of its Elderflower Pressé. With 30 per cent less sugar; the Elderflower Pressé Light is more delicate in taste than the original pressé but with the same heady, floral aromas of freshly picked Elderflower, tangy citrus from pressed lemon juice and gentle bubbles – just a little lighter on the calories!

Pev Manners, MD of Belvoir Fruit Farms, says; “We are very excited about the launch of this lighter pressé. Our team spent a long time developing the recipe, trying out various ways to cut down on sugar without compromising on the much-loved taste. We wanted to avoid using nasty artificial sweeteners, so instead experimented with the sugar level until we reached the perfect amount.”

Elderflower pressé is the biggest selling pressé in the Belvoir range so it was the obvious choice for extending to a lighter version. It is aimed at those wanting to cut back a little on calories but still enjoy the pleasures of Belvoir’s ever-popular bubbly soft drink.

The new 75cl product is available from the beginning of January. As with all of the Belvoir range, it is made using the finest ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or any other ‘nasties’.

The Belvoir Fruit Farms range is still hand produced on the family farm in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir in Lincolnshire and is available from all good fine food wholesalers and suppliers to the catering and on-trade or from leading supermarkets, delicatessens, food halls, farm shops or via the website.
