Young start up CocoPro, who produce the world’s first high protein pure coconut water, has announced a pivotal new listing with Waitrose. The listing will ensure that both mouth-watering flavours – Coconut and Coconut & Pineapple – are available nationwide for the first time in 230 stores from the end of this month. Sampling, in-store and digital activations are planned to drive sell-through.
On Waitrose shelves from the 29th August, CocoPro is made with 100% natural ingredients, contains no added sugar and is sweetened with Stevia. An equivalent serving of CocoPro contains almost half the sugar of regular coconut water. Perfect for health conscious consumers, the RTD is fat and cholesterol free and has 20g of protein per 330ml serving. At just 135.3 calories, it is packed with electrolytes for optimal hydration and recovery all in one.
