Empire Bespoke Foods, a leading speciality food importer, distributor and food brand owner, has rebranded its trio of Bespoke Foods cooking fats and quail eggs.
The range includes Goose Fat, Duck Fat and Quail Eggs, which are sold in supermarkets and fine food stores in the run up to Christmas.
The brand redesign brings to life the product’s recipe usages with a ‘perfect for roasties and chips’ roundel on the front of the Duck and Goose fat jars. This reflects the range’s quality as a cooking ingredient which is being sought out by confident home cooks to give extra flavour to dishes.
The Quail Eggs feature recipe imagery on the front of jar with a ‘Ready to Eat’ roundel.
The Duck and Goose Fats sell 32,000 units over the festive period, but the brand is aiming to prolong its availability as more consumers search for premium fats throughout the year. Sales in Waitrose, along with its new Asda listing, increased 140% YOY in Christmas 2023.
The Duck and Goose Fats (320g) come from humanly reared geese and ducks that are allowed to feed freely. The cooked and peeled Quail Eggs (340g) are ready to serve and are great for canapes, blinis, salads and sandwiches.
Benjamin Moody, Empire Bespoke Foods, brand manager commented: “These three products are an important part of our businesses portfolio and are incredibly popular with consumers who are looking for taste, quality and convenience. We are seeing a trend for cooking with duck and goose fat through the year, so this rebrand will enable us to broaden out the usage occasions.”
The rebranded range will be available as part of Empire Bespoke Food’s 2024 festive range which is now ready to be ordered.
