FACUNDO Rum Collection and The Ivy private membership club hosted 114 members at the Saxony Bar in the beautiful Faena Hotel in Miami. The immersive Golden Hour experience brought the “Art of Rum” to life, and celebrated the little moments of reward following a hard day’s work.
As guests arrived at The Faena Hotel, they were brought downstairs to the Saxony Bar and greeted by two FACUNDO spokesmodels with a selection of FACUNDO NEO and EXIMO cocktails. Hotel Chef Paul Qui created artfully-paired passed canapés with the four FACUNDO Rum Collection marques.
At the dedicated FACUNDO bar, guests enjoyed the four FACUNDO marques served neat or on the rocks, as well as a takeover of the club’s main bar where two FACUNDO cocktails were served– the NEO White Negroni and the EXIMO Old Fashioned, cocktail recipes below.
BACARDÍ Brand Specialist, David Cid, told the rich history of the Bacardi family and their dedication to the art of rum-making as well as an overview of the FACUNDO Rum Collection.
