Ross Keenleyside is an award-winning copywriter and creative director. He is also an exceptional cook and writer of recipe books. His latest venture, CookHouse59 is a collection of much-loved recipes featuring hearty comfort food classics, new twists on traditional favourites and special discoveries selected from his travels.
Loveurope and Partners (LEAP) believed so strongly in the CookHouse59 project that they decided to actually co-produce the printed edition of CookHouse59 Seconds, Ross’s newest cookery book.
LEAP were pleased to share in the creative print process with Ross; working with such well-designed content and its creator really exemplified the skills and talents of the specialist print team. From the selection of materials, such as the velvety soft-touch laminate on the cover to the careful colour control of the imagery, you can tell that the creative print experts put as much care and attention into crafting the cookery book as Ross put into the recipes contained within the book itself.
The co-production of CookHouse59 is a great example of the excellent reputation that LEAP’s print and promotions team have earned for creative book printing and binding. They are regarded as specialists in the production of high finish, short run, coffee table style books. Indeed, their production of the 2018 edition of the Creative Circle Annual is currently nominated for an Antalis Review award in recognition of its exceptional print and design.
LEAP’s print facilities based in Woolwich Arsenal are well equipped for short run, high pagination, case bound, digital printing. But, it was their passion for creative print craftsmanship that led them to take on this project, one that has happily brought to life this luscious cookery book, CookHouse59 Seconds.
