Pop-Tarts Mashes up Summer Music with Universal Music Tie-up

Pop-Tarts is mashing up the sweetest parts of summer with exclusive access to hot music artists and cool new tunes from Universal Music Group. For the first time, NE-YO, DNCE, Keke Palmer and Easton Corbin are blending pop, R&B, rock and country music like never before, inspired by Pop-Tarts’ new mash-ups with soda pop flavours – Frosted Crush Orange and Frosted A&W Root Beer.

Available now on mash-up app, Smule, Pop-Tarts released NE-YO and DNCE’s first-ever duets – the artists harmonized their hits, “Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)” and “Cake by the Ocean.” Fans can download the app and record their own mash-ups with the musicians to share with friends.

“We had a blast with NE-YO, celebrating Pop-Tarts’ new flavour mash-ups with our collaborations,” said Joe Jonas, DNCE lead singer. “We’re excited to watch our fans’ Smule duet recordings and hear what they think of our songs with NE-YO.”

NE-YO and DNCE also will headline a one-time, free concert later this summer, where they will perform their mash-ups live for the first time.
