Matt Fox, CEO at Snaptrip, said: “Enjoying a great meal out is a favourite pastime of many Brits, but branching out in your local area or whilst visiting somewhere new can be difficult. The 2017 Michelin Star list is a great way of finding out what the hottest new restaurants are and we wanted to use this to identify the true foodie destinations across the country which are home to some of the top eateries and food festivals. We hope this will help people to discover great food and dining experiences on their doorsteps and also help plan trips for their next staycation.”
