Wendy’s customers in Toronto will have the opportunity to try new menu items in an urban design setting, as the company opens one of its new concept restaurants this upcoming Saturday, October 20th, 2012.
This will be the first time Redhead Roasters proprietary blend coffee and fresh baked goods, as well as a Coke Freestyle machine, will be offered at this location.
Wendy’s customers are sure to be delighted with the restaurant’s new look and feel. Industrial meets contemporary with the interior decorated in real wood and stone, LED lighting, large windows and flat panel televisions. To boot, it delivers a variety of seating options from private booths to cozy lounge seating and a free Wi-Fi bar.
Photo Opportunities: To celebrate the launch of the new concept restaurant, starting today there will be sidewalk stencils working up to a 3D art piece on Wednesday, October 24th (weather permitting). A Wendy look-a-like will be outside the store starting tomorrow until October 27th, and then again on November 1st to 3rd. Accompanying “Wendy” on October 22nd to 24th and November 1st to 3rd will be a Street Team handing out coupons.
Location: The restaurant is located at 475 Yonge Street (in the Courtyard Marriott building).
