With the UK gin industry still enjoying a boom in sales, The English Drinks Company (EDC) continues to capitalise on the trend for innovation with the launch of a new Lemon gin at IFE 2019 – Lemon Grove Gin.
The latest newcomer to join the on-trend EDC portfolio of traditionally crafted gins represents a classic flavour combination, blending notes of juniper, nutmeg and Cassia bark fused with an unmistakeable burst of fresh lemon to create a deliciously refreshing alcoholic beverage, ideally suited to lighter summer drinking occasions.
Commenting on the new Lemon Grove offering, managing director Graham Carr Smith says, “We wanted to stay true to our roots by creating a distinctly unique, quintessentially British gin product that exceeds expectations in terms of outstanding taste, authenticity and superb versatility. Lemon Grove Gin delivers the more approachable soft finish consistent with premium craft gins, that appeals to all palates. It is perfect served on its own over ice, partnered with a quality tonic or as the lead ingredient in a cocktail, a critical factor given the growing popularity of the fast-evolving cocktail market.”
English Drinks Company Lemon Grove Gin is presented in a 70cl bottle with a RRP of £36.00. Distribution is currently via the EDC and The Master of Malt websites.
