Miller Lite is partnering with 20th Century Fox’s summer comedy movie “The Internship,” which arrives in theaters everywhere June 7 and stars Vaughn and Wilson.
Inspired by the film, Miller Lite is going to give four legal-drinking-age friends the experience of a lifetime: A two-week Miller Time “Internship” that will take them across the country for a series of special Miller Lite events.
The winners of the two-week “internship” will travel in a customized Miller Time “Internship” RV that will feature all the elements of a great “mancave,” stopping in Philadelphia, Charlotte, Milwaukee, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
Instead of filing papers and fetching coffee, they’ll deliver beer to the hottest pool party in Vegas, go behind the scenes to see how Miller Lite is brewed, become honorary members of Brad Keselowski ‘s pit crew on race day and walk the red carpet in Los Angeles for the premiere of “The Internship.“
“Our partnership with ‘The Internship’ film led us to wonder, what would a dream internship with Miller Lite look like?” said Ryan Reis, senior director of marketing for Miller Lite.
“Miller Time is all about great times over a beer with good friends, so the winners had to be a group of friends rather than an individual. And to deliver on the great times part of that equation, we’re going to fill their internship with the type of experiences only Miller Lite can deliver.”
Now through April 7, beer drinkers can enter for a chance to win the Miller Time “Internship” through an open call for entries on Facebook.com/MillerLite. Sets of four friends must enter together.
A panel of judges will select 15 groups from the initial pool of entries for the Miller Time “Internship.” Groups that are selected will participate in a screening via an online video conference or in person at MillerCoors headquarters in Chicago.
The winning group will hit the road for the Miller Time “Internship” from approximately May 17 through May 30.
Miller Lite launched the entry process for the Miller Time “Internship” at the festival in Austin, with the help of actors Josh Brener, Josh Gad and Max Minghella, all of whom star in “The Internship.”
