The first premium rum brand from India – Wild Tiger Special Reserve Rum (dark) is now available in UK market. After a successful trade launch in the UK in November 2015 Wild Tiger Rum is now available in 14 countries worldwide including USA, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic & Denmark.
Additionally the brand is also listed with two of the world’s premier duty free establishments and also on Tiger Air Singapore where it’s a best seller. Wild Tiger is Imported in UK by The Offie Ltd based in North London. Stocks are available from The Offie as well as Temple Wines, LWC Drinks, Speciality Drinks & Deckers Group, Drink Select.net to name a few.
Wild Tiger Rum is conceptualized and owned by Indian drinks entrepreneur Mr. Gautom Menon – the made in Kerala state of India brand is not only unique in terms of its avant-garde packaging with each bottle having unique tiger stripes but also for the exotic liquid, which is a blend of both distillates from sugar cane; molasses and cane juice. Its enticing notes are aromatic and has a rich after taste with many experts even terming it as “Asia’s first sipping Rum”.
The idea and the cause behind it make it more special. Many of the country’s leading Cash & Carry’s have placed preliminary orders. The brand is in discussion with a couple of national retailers and Air carriers in Europe who are also keen to capitalise on festive season coming up. The RRP is £19.99 (40% Alc).
As a part of its core CSR policy – The Brand donates 10% profits towards Tiger Conservation in South India where they have set up their own non profit initiative called WTF (Wild Tiger Foundation) working with other established wildlife establishments and prominent Tiger experts to save the tiger and its habitat in Southern India.
