To demonstrate the portability of its drinks, British juice brand Robinsons and agency Iris Worldwide enlisted Oscar-winning special effects studio Framestore, who were behind the effects for Gravity, to create a space-themed ad for its new ‘SQUASH’D’ juice concentrate.
The studio sent a group of eight on board a jet and dropped them from 35,000 to 24,000 feet to create the effect of zero gravity.
The pressure was intense, given that they had only three minutes to concoct the drink, from bursting a water balloon to mixing the water droplets with the concentrate, but they pulled it off in a remarkable display.
