The hottest ingredients and latest packaging advancements are on the agenda at Food ingredients‘ second annual Future Beverage Innovation conference, taking place in London on 09-11 December 2013.
In response to consumer demands for more convenient and healthier beverages, international beverage manufacturers Coca-Cola, Suntory, Britvic, Starbucks, GSK and SABMiller will be presenting their insights into the future beverage landscape and the innovations that are helping them achieve products that meet changing consumer demands at this high-profile industry event.
This year’s agenda is split into two separately bookable days, day one on ingredients innovation and day two on packaging advancements, so delegates can choose the day’s most relevant to them.
Beverage product developers and their teams can expect to receive all the insights and knowledge to set their NPD strategies up for 2014 and beyond in just 48 hours. Plus, the pre-conference innovation forum, speed-networking and welcome beverages will promote open innovation thinking in the beverage industry to move the category forward.
Conference Producer Kate Sharman explains: “The feedback received from beverage manufacturers including Orangina, RedBull and PepsiCo while developing this event told us that they wanted more interaction, which has been built into the programme with the innovation forum, and they wanted fresh content around both ingredients and packaging advancements as both are critical to producing added-value products.”
Key issues around functional, healthy and natural ingredients will be covered on day one and day two will see insights into how packaging can increase shelf-life and respond to sustainable and convenience objectives.
The interactive sensory taste testing and packaging design showcase will bring the learning to life and give delegates the chance to see innovation in action.
