In an effort to turn up the volume on this summer, Bud Light announced an exclusive partnership with Mad Decent Block Party across the US and Canada, which includes the limited release of Bud Light Festival Cans.
Celebrating the music, culture and artistry that surround the Mad Decent Block Parties, Bud Light created Festival Cans, commissioning four Mad Decent custom labels and 27 artist-designed labels that capture the energy of the summer music scene. Bud Light produced these unique 16-oz. Festival Cans which will be available exclusively in the markets of the 2015 Mad Decent Block Party summer events.
In true #UpForWhatever fashion, the packaging approach used to create the Bud Light Festival Cans is so advanced, the 31 designs were transformed into more than 31 million possible graphics – so no two cans are exactly alike. Bud Light is not only the first beer, but the first brand to use this innovative packaging technology in the US.

Starting on July 31st, Bud Light is bringing the summer’s hottest artists to 18 different cities across the US and Canada with the 2015 Mad Decent Block Parties, a concert series in select cities across the United States and Canada. Founded by Grammy-award winning artist Diplo, Mad Decent aims to bring new genres and cultures to light in the ever evolving music world.
The exclusive Mad Decent cans are part of Bud Light’s Summer Bucket List program, where the beer brand is helping fans across the country have the best summer ever with amazing experiences and events. Bud Light fans 21 and over can win Summer Bucket List experiences by posting a summer photo showing how they are #UpForWhatever to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtags #UpForWhatever and #BLContest for a chance to win*. Prizes range from Summer Bucket List gear that will keep you cool as the temperature heats up to all-inclusive trips to Las Vegas, Lollapalooza and of course the Mad Decent Block Party in San Diego.
