Burton’s Biscuit Company is launching new product Maryland Gooeys with a £1.5m advertising campaign.
The firm is rebooting its Maryland ‘Mugs’ ad, created by VCCP, to promote the new cookie range. The TV ad is now on air and will run for the next six weeks, supported by video on demand and digital advertising.
Media has been booked by UM London. Stuart Wilson, chief marketing officer at Burton’s Biscuit Company, said:
“The solid investment behind the brand will ensure that Maryland retains its position as the nation’s favourite cookie, and reiterates our commitment to continued investment behind Burton’s Biscuit Company’s Power Brands.”
