Boundless Brand Design are delighted to have partnered with the King of Whisky, Royal Salute to design the second edition of their prestigious Kingdom Collection; The Royal Salute 26-Year-Old Amarone Wine Cask Finish. The collection pays tribute to the magic of kingdoms around the world and celebrates their unique cultures.

Following the launch of the design of the 26-Year-Old Scottish Oak Cask Finish which honoured Royal Salute’s home, Scotland, the design of this new edition draws inspiration from the historic past of the Kingdom of Italy, a captivating land filled with ancient art and traditions.

Inspired by the enchanting landscapes of Italy, this edition pays tribute to a kingdom revered for its natural beauty and iconic architecture.

An ode to Italy’s exceptional gastronomic culture, this 26-Year-Old Blended Scotch has been fully finished in Amarone wine casks, a first for Royal Salute. These unique casks bring a distinctive colour and flavour the rich sweetness of this bespoke blend.

Boundless Brand Design created a suitably majestic packaging design leveraging the kingdom of Italy as inspiration. The 26-Year-Old Amarone Wine Cask Finish liquid is housed in a vibrant purple flagon, reminiscent of the deep plum hues of an Amarone wine. Each flagon is delectably displayed within a beautifully illustrated embossed box, designed with elements synonymous of Italy, including Venetian architecture, Italian patterned décor, enchanting landscapes, native flora and fauna, and Amarone wine production.
