McCoy’s Launches New Snacking Concept to Convenience Retailers

McCoy’s, the number one ridged crisp, is continuing its mission to establish itself as a brand that’s famous for delivering on flavour and innovation with the launch of new McCoy’s Chips: crinkle cut chips for a full-on chip shop experience.

Available to convenience and impulse retailers from February 2017, the new range will be available in 70g £1 price-marked packs in two intense flavours: Salt & Vinegar and Curry. KP Snacks’ £1 PMP range (+46%) is out-performing the category (+11%), so is in the perfect position to drive overall category growth with a new snack format that offers shoppers much needed value from the bigger eat they are looking for. With 57% of retailers more likely to stock NPD in PMP, this is the right format for the channel.
