Right TWIX Sets Out To Prove It Is America’s Favourite TWIX

TWIX LogoMars Chocolate North America announced Right TWIX is setting out to confirm once and for all that it is America’s favourite TWIX by going head-to-head with their notorious archenemy in a nationwide taste challenge encouraging fans to Taste and Vote for their favourite side. Although to be honest, Right TWIX is not sure why a competition is even needed since it is already clear who the winner will be.

Fans are invited to take the taste challenge by picking up a TWIX pack and casting their ballot using #RightTWIX on Instagram and Twitter – (with Right TWIX’s cascading caramel on cookie cloaked in chocolate, fans will clearly make the right choice and have no need for the other hashtag).

Fans can also Taste and Vote throughout the spring and summer at official Right TWIX taste challenges taking place at numerous music festivals and events. The taste challenges will launch in March at the Westwood One (WWO) “NASH Live in Austin” event during Music Week at South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas.

“This year the duel will be put to the ultimate test, as voters will Taste and Vote and finally choose America’s favourite TWIX,” said Allison Miazga-Bedrick, TWIX Brand Director, Mars Chocolate North America. “Fans can check the progress of the tour at TWIX.com, which includes live updates from both sides, real-time social feeds and a colour coded map as each state declares a winner.”

The taste challenge will conclude this September and Right TWIX will undoubtedly claim the title of America’s favourite TWIX (although there is no reason the announcement can’t take place today). With the victory, a limited supply of Right TWIX only promotional packs will be available, and two Right TWIX bars will be perfectly paired without disruption from the left.
