Snickers Swaps Sexy Magazine Cover Model For A Scary-Looking Medusa In Witty Ad

After its Brady Bunch tribute, chocolate brand Snickers continues its clever play on the tagline ‘You’re not you when you’re hungry’ by swapping a Sports Illustrated’s cover model for Medusa.

Model Hannah Davis graced the magazine’s latest swimsuit issue as front cover girl, but its back cover reveals a scary-looking Medusa baring her teeth—depicting how models will look like when they are hungry during long photo shoots.

The witty ad, by BBDO New York, does a full cover transformation—even changing the relevant ‘headline stories’ and renaming ‘Sports Illustrated’ to ‘Super Irritated’.
