Regal Rogue Launches Major Social Media Marketing Push as it Lists in Waitrose, Expands into New Markets

New-world Vermouth brand Regal Rogue has launched a social media marketing push as it rolls out into Waitrose stores and begins its planned international expansion.

The craft vermouth brand, which launched in Australia in 2011 and UK in 2014, has just launched in the US and over the next six months, will launch in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Hong Kong.

The brand has appointed drinks marketing agency YesMore to run its online brand presences and social media to support brand activity as it begins its UK and global expansion.

The brand, which has already run partnership events with Virgin Atlantic will also be at the London Moniker Art Fair in October, launching a limited edition bottle design with L.A based artist Jillian Evelyn as its first artistic collaboration.

Mark Ward, Founding Rogue said: “Vermouth is a category establishing itself as the ‘quaffable’ aperitif of choice. Our range marries high-quality wines with native Australian aromatics – essentially creating an aromatic wine-based twist on gin which is ideal for low ABV aperitifs and taps into the trend for lower alcohol drinks. But most of all, Regal Rogue is delicious, unique and offers something different to anything else out there.”
